DESCRIPTION:Mind over Matter presents Pussy Riot Riot Days \n\n\nSince 2017\, Pussy Riot\, the celebrated Russian feminist protest collective\, has performed “Riot Days”—a groundbreaking fusion of live music\, theatre\, and multimedia. The show is based on Maria “Masha” Alyokhina’s acclaimed book\, Riot Days\, chronicling the collective’s iconic protests\, court trials\, and prison sentences. “Riot Days” evolves continuously\, incorporating real-time reflections on political persecutions and current events like Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. This show has been performed over 400 times globally — in almost all European countries\, as well as in North and South America\, Australia\, and New Zealand. More than 150 performances of the last version have taken place since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The “Riot Days“ show and Pussy Riot exhibitions have raised over €200\,000 to support the Ukrainian Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdyt” in Kyiv\, and have also supported political prisoners in Russia.
